Flying M Air is pleased to announce the immediate availability of its 2010 Southwest Circle Helicopter Adventure Information Package. This package combines all available information about our 6-day/5 night excursion, including both pricing options and a detailed list of what is included. There are also dozens of full-color photographs taken during actual excursions conducted over the past three years.
This 20-page, full-color document is available three ways:
- Download a PDF format file for free from this Web site. This is a low-resolution version of the document, formatted for onscreen viewing. Adobe Reader or other PDF reader software is required to view the file. Although this file can be printed, images may appear pixelated on paper.
- Order a copy from the printer for the cost of printing and postage. This is a good alternative if you want to obtain one or more copies of the information package but don’t want to discuss the tour with our staff or provide us with your contact information. The estimated cost is $7 and the document can be shipped to the U.S. or Canada. Copies are normally shipped within 3-5 days of the order date.
- Call us at 928/231-0196 or 602/633-HELI to discuss the excursion with a staff member and order a free copy. This is the best way to learn more about the excursion from a member of the Flying M Air staff who has actually experienced it. You can call us during normal business hours, 7 AM to 7 PM daily. If your call is answered by our voicemail system, please leave your name and phone number in a message. (We do not return phone calls based on caller ID.) We’ll be sending out these packages daily on request starting on January 2, 2010.

Flying M Air offers gift certificates for all of its tours, day trips, and multi-day excursions. This year, we’re also offering gift certificates for specific dollar amounts that can be applied to any Flying M Air service.

We’ve just complete the printing and assembly of our 2009/2010 Season Concierge Information Packages. Each 12-page booklet includes full-color information sheets about our tours, day trips, and other services from the Phoenix area.
Our marketing team will be visiting Phoenix and Scottsdale area hotels and resorts during the next three weeks to distribute packages. We’ll meet one-on-one with concierge staff to discuss how we can help them make memorable visits for their guests.
If you’re on the staff of a Phoenix or Scottsdale area hotel or resort and would like us to meet with you about our tours and day trips, please contact us to set up an appointment. And be sure to get on our mailing list for timely notification of special offers and other Flying M Air news.
You can also download the 2009/2010 Season Concierge Package as a PDF file. This makes it possible to share the file on disk with other members of your team. You can also print out additional copies or pages as needed.
If you’re not associated with a hotel or resort and want a printed copy, you can order one from MagCloud.

Flying M Air is pleased to offer “a la carte” pricing for its Southwest Circle Helicopter Adventure. This makes it possible for passengers to arrange and pay for their own overnight accommodations and tours along the trip, as well as to customize the trip’s length, dates, and overnight stops.
We realize that our almost all-inclusive Southwest Circle Helicopter Adventure might be too costly for some folks. By stripping out the hotel accommodations and tours, we’ve managed to lower the price considerably. While we provide fewer services and activities, you save money. And you still get the incredible experience of traveling throughout northern Arizona by helicopter.
You can learn more about this new pricing structure on the Southwest Circle Pricing, Terms, and Conditions page.
And don’t worry — if you’re interested in the full trip that Arizona Highways called “The best way to see Arizona in a week,” our original excursion offer and pricing is still available.

After an unsatisfactory experiment with per-person pricing, Flying M Air is returning to per-flight pricing for its tours and day trips. We’ve learned that per-flight pricing is easier to calculate and understand and fairer for our passengers. After all, a flight costs the same no matter how many people are on board — why should we charge a different price depending on the number of passengers?
All per flight pricing covers up to three passengers unless otherwise indicated. In general, Flying M Air can fly up to three passengers on all tours and day trips. We limit our passenger load to two passengers for overnight excursions or any flights requiring us to carry luggage or equipment, as well as some photo flights.
We’ve published our 2009/2010 Season pricing on our Web site. PDF descriptions of our flights may still indicate old pricing; we’ll replace those documents over the coming weeks. You may notice that our pricing has stayed the same or even been reduced for many of our tours and day trips. Increased flight hours and a new insurance provider have enabled us to keep our pricing low.

Flying M Air is extremely pleased to learn that we’ve been mentioned in the August 2009 issue of Arizona Highways as the “Best Way to See Arizona in a Week.” We’re one of 100 “Best Of” places and organizations listed in this issue of Arizona’s premiere travel magazine.
The magazine’s write-up can be found on page 29 and is reproduced here for reference. Although it’s correct in mentioning that we travel from point to point by helicopter and stay in some great lodging, the price also includes at least one tour at each destination. We can make dining arrangements and recommendations, but we don’t cover the cost of meals.

Flying M Air is pleased to announce the availability of Custom Multi-Day Excursions.
Make Your Dream Trip a Reality!
Flying M Air is certificated for flights in any of the 48 contiguous United States. Although we are most familiar with Arizona, we have flown extensively in Arizona, California, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. But we’re ready and willing to push our own borders to take you just about anywhere you want to go in the lower 48 U.S. states.
Our aircraft cruises at roughly 100 miles per hour and we can cover distances in 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of time it takes to drive the same distances. That means you can go farther faster. But we offer something else you can’t get from a car: a view that simply can’t be beat.
Unlike airplanes, we fly only 500-1000 feet over the ground. That means you’ll get to actually see the places you fly over. No matter how familiar a place is to you from the ground, seeing it from the air will give you a whole new perspective you’ve never imagined.
From overnight flights to two-week adventures, Flying M Air can make your dream trip a reality.
