Client Photos

Flying M Air is proud to have permission to display the following photographs made by some of our clients while flying with us.

Mike Reyfman

Lake Powell by Mike ReyfmanChicago-based Mike Reyfman and his photography excursion clients have flown with us many times since 2005. Much of Mike’s aerial work reflects his love of strong patterns and shapes in nature. Mike maintains a gallery of his images at MikeReyfman.com. These are just a few examples.

Lake Powell Squares
Mike was kind enough to share these award-winning images of Lake Powell with us. Although only one image appears here, if you refresh the page, you will see another random image. There are 15 in all. (You can view all of them on Mike’s Web gallery.)

Horseshoe BendTour Plane at Horseshoe Bend
Just downstream from the Glen Canyon Dam is Horseshoe Bend. Often photographed from a lookout point a short hike from the main road, it’s only from the air that you can get a true perspective of the place. We were flying 3,000 feet above the canyon when Mike captured this tour plane as it flew beneath us.

San Juan GoosenecksGoosenecks of the San Juan River
The Goosenecks of the San Juan River are less than 40 miles from Monument Valley. Although you can view them from the ground — you can see an overlook in this photo — they’re far more impressive from the air.

ShiprockShiprock
Visible from miles away in the otherwise flat terrain, Shiprock rises from the high desert floor, the remnant of an ancient volcano. We conducted two photo shoots at Shiprock: dawn and sunset. This dawn shot brings out the utter surrealism of the landscape around this massive rock formation.

More Photos to Come

We’ll add more photos to this gallery as they become available. If you’ve flown with us and want to show off some of your photos, please contact us.
