Our Lake Powell Aerial Photography Excursion is designed to be flexible, offering passengers the option of extending or varying their excursion to meet their needs. Consider the following options when planning your excursion:
- Two Antelope Canyon Tours. You can visit both Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon. Add $30 per person. Although it is possible to visit both on the same day, we don’t recommend it. Instead, consider adding a day to your trip or doing a half day Rainbow Bridge trip rather than a full-day trip on the middle day.
- Additional Aerial Photography Flight Time. You can increase the amount of time you spend in the helicopter over Lake Powell. Two hours of flight time is included, but if you need more, it’s available for $450/hour in increments of 1/10 hour. Remember, there is a 1/2 hour minimum for each flight.
- Visit to Marble Canyon. Situated at the base of the Vermilion Cliffs, the Town of Marble canyon features a landing strip, gas station, cafe, motel, and historic Navajo Bridge, the last crossing of the Colorado until the Hoover Dam, far downstream. Not only are the cliffs brilliant red in the early morning light, but the cafe makes a great breakfast. Add a two-hour visit to Marble Canyon by helicopter for $200.
Return Flight via Monument Valley. Although we are not authorized to provide air tours over Monument Valley, we can fly by, for excellent views of the buttes on the west end of the park. This extends our return trip by more than an hour. Add $550.- Additional Days. You can extend your trip by up to 3 days (for 5 days total). Availability is limited and advance notice is required. Add $600 per additional day (not per person). With enough advance notice, you can make your overnight stay at one of the following locations: Bullfrog Marina, Halls Crossing Marina, Monument Valley (Goulding’s Lodge), Winslow (La Posada), or Sedona (Orchard Inn). Additional flight time fees may apply for overnight stays at locations other than Page or Sedona; please contact us for details.
