Flying M Air is repositioning its helicopter from the Seattle, WA area to Page, AZ on Lake Powell in early September, 2010. To help cover the cost of the move, we’re inviting one or two passengers with limited luggage to join us for the flight at a special low rate below our costs.

The Offer

Start any date between September 8 and September 10 at one of the following airports:

• Seattle’s Boeing Field
• Portland’s Troutdale Airport

Choose a route to travel with us to one of the following airports:

• Las Vegas, NV
• Page, AZ (on Lake Powell)

You pick the route and make your dream helicopter excursion a reality. In the past, our passengers have enjoyed flights along the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, past Mount St. Helens, down the Columbia River, along the Oregon and California coasts, over California’s wine country, over Death Valley, etc. We fly at 500 to 1000 feet off the ground at a speed of only 120 miles per hour so you SEE what you’re flying over. This is an experience you will never forget.

You can take up to 4 days to complete the flight. (Normally, the 8 to 10 hour flight can be completed comfortably in 2 days.)

Be Spontaneous and Save!

Normally a custom charter flight like this would cost $450 per hour of flight time plus $350 per night for pilot lodging and be completed in just two days. That’s close to $5,000. For this trip only, we are offering this flight for a flat fee of $3,000 for up to two passengers. This rate — which is below our operating cost — covers up to 10 hours of flight time and pilot expenses. It does not cover the cost of ground transportation, hotels, meals, or any other extras for passengers. This is a one-way flight; Flying M Air is not prepared to provide return transportation to the origination point.

This is a limited-time offer subject to availability. It may be withdrawn at any time for any reason. Total maximum weight of passengers and luggage is limited to 500 lbs.

A $1,000 deposit for this Be Spontaneous! flight must be made at the time the flight is booked. This deposit is forfeited if the flight is canceled less than 14 days before the departure date. Full payment for the flight by cash or credit card is required at the start of the flight. Flying M Air reserves the right to cancel the flight at any time for any reason; a full refund will be made if Flying M Air cancels the flight.
